Exercise Price

Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means $ ______ per Share, as such amount may be adjusted pursuant to Section 12(a) of the Plan.
Exercise Price. The per-Share exercise price equal to 120% of the Conversion Price (as defined in the Purchase Agreement); provided, however, that if the Conversion Price is ever adjusted pursuant to the terms of the Note, the exercise price of the Warrant shall be adjusted for any unexercised Warrants such that the exercise price will equal 120% of the Adjusted Conversion Price (as defined in the Purchase Agreement)
Exercise Price. $3.75 per share
