Exercise Shares. 1,150,000 shares of common stock of the Company
Exercise Shares. One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (1,250,000) shares of the Company's Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant, subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms and conditions expressly set forth herein
Exercise Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares"), issuable upon exercise of this Warrant to Purchase Common Stock (this "Warrant").
