Exercise Shares

Exercise Shares. [158,999,371]1 shares of common stock of Evofem, par value $0.001 per share, issuable upon exercise of this Warrant (subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 1.12(b) of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of the date hereof, among Evofem, Neothetics and the other parties thereto (the "Merger Agreement"))

Exercise Shares. Shares of Company Common Stock

Exercise Shares. Shall mean the Ordinary Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.

Exercise Shares. (a) if this Warrant is exercised pursuant to Section 3(a) hereto, Next Equity Shares, or (b) if this Warrant is exercised pursuant to Section 3(b) hereto, Series B Preferred Stock.

Exercise Shares. Shares of the Company's C Preference Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.

Exercise Shares. The shares of the Exercise Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.

Exercise Shares. The number of shares of Warrant Stock equal to ten percent (10%) of the Principal Amount divided by either (i) the 90% of the applicable Exercise Price, if the Warrant Stock is Next Round Stock of Common Stock or (ii) $1.35, if the Warrant Stock is the Company's Series E-5 Preferred Stock, rounded down to the nearest whole share, subject to further adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below
