Existing Agreement

Existing Agreement. Is defined in the preamble.

Existing Agreement. Means the Intercreditor Agreement (2019-1), dated as of December 9, 2019, among the Class A Trustee, the Class B Trustee, the Class C Trustee and Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity except as expressly set forth therein but solely as Subordination Agent.

Existing Agreement. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Recitals.

Existing Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

Existing Agreement. Means that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of [__________], by and between Employer and Employee, including all exhibits, agreements and plans referred to therein.

Existing Agreement. Means that certain Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of May 12, 2008, by and between Employer and Employee, including all exhibits, agreements and plans referred to therein.

Existing Agreement. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereof.

Existing Agreement. The Notes and Warrants Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 10, 2012, by and among the Company and the Initial Investors.

Existing Agreement. The Second Amended and Restated In-Flight Connectivity Services Agreement between the Parties with an effective date of April 11, 2011

Existing Agreement. An agreement that is in effect between a Citibank Issuer and MasterCard as of the Effective Date and that applies to a country or region within the Territory. All Existing Agreements are identified on Schedule 1.12
