Existing Agreement. The Nomination and Standstill Agreement dated as of February 20, 2014, by and among the Company and the Sarissa Group

Existing Agreement. See the Recitals.

Existing Agreement. The Employment Agreement dated January 31, 2014 between and among Executive, NBC Attire and the Company, and the letter agreement between and among Executive, NBC Attire and the Company dated March 30, 2015, assigning the January 31, 2014 Employment Agreement to the Company.

Existing Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Note Purchase Agreement dated as of July 6, 2012, as amended, restated, supplemented, revised or replaced from time to time, among the borrowers party thereto, Parent Guarantor, the noteholders party thereto and Third Eye Capital Corporation, an Ontario corporation, in its capacity as agent for and on behalf of the noteholders party thereto and each document or agreement entered into in connection therewith

Existing Agreement. That certain Master Services Agreement, dated as of December 13, 2019, by and between Root Insurance Company and Carvana Insurance Services, LLC, as amended from time to time.

Existing Agreement. All references in the Existing Agreement or any other document to "the Agreement" or otherwise to the Existing Agreement shall mean the Existing Agreement as amended hereby.

Existing Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date (as defined in Section 3 hereof), the Existing Agreement is hereby amended as follows:(a) The defined term "Maximum Facility Amount" in Section 1.1 of the Existing Agreement shall be amended by deleting therein the number "$230,000,000" and replacing it with "$260,000,000". (b) Schedule A to the Existing Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as set out on Annex A attached to this Amendment.
