Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. The five (5) year [one (1) year] anniversary of the Issuance Date, or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.
Expiration Date. The three-year anniversary of the Effective Date (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).
