Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Means November [ ], 2024.

Expiration Date. The earlier of (a) the date that is thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which the Company issues a press release regarding topline data from its Phase III clinical trial of mavorixafor for the treatment of WHIM syndrome (the "Data Release Date") (or, if such date is not a Business Day, then the next Business Day following such date) and (b) the date that is sixty (60) months from the Issuance Date.

Expiration Date. The earlier of (a) the date that is thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which the Company issues a press release publicizing the dosing of its second patient in a new Phase III clinical trial of Molgradex for the treatment of autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (the "Data Release Date") (or, if such date is not a Business Day, then the next Business Day following such date) and (b) the second anniversary of the Issuance Date.

Expiration Date. Means until this Warrant is exercised in full.

Expiration Date. The earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time of the Merger and (ii) the valid termination of the Merger Agreement in accordance with article VII of the Merger Agreement, except that, with respect to sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 12, the "Expiration Date" means the earliest to occur of (1) the Effective Time of the Merger, (2) the valid termination of the Merger Agreement in accordance with article VII of the Merger Agreement, (3) an Adverse Amendment and (4) an Adverse Recommendation Change.
