Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 3.

Expiration Date. The earliest to occur of (a) the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date, (b) in the event of the Participant's termination of employment for Cause, the date of such termination of employment and (c) in the event of the termination of the Participant's employment for any reason other than for Cause, the 90th day after the occurrence of the later of (x) such termination of employment and (y) a Liquidity Event.

Expiration Date. Means the three (3) month anniversary date of the Effective Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).
