Expiration Date

Expiration Date. 11:59 p.m., New York City time on July 12, 2019, as may be extended by the Company in its sole discretion

Expiration Date. Shall mean the last day of the Exercise Period.

Expiration Date. Means the fifth anniversary of the Exercisability Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Trading Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market, or, if the Principal Market is not the principal trading market for the Common Stock, then on the principal securities exchange or securities market on which the Common Stock is then traded (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.

Expiration Date. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the introduction to this Warrant.

Expiration Date. Shall mean the date upon which all Series B Preferred Units have been converted to Common Units and all Common Units have been redeemed or purchased in accordance with the terms hereof. -2-

Expiration Date. Shall mean 5:00 p.m., Dallas, Texas time, on the third anniversary of the Issue Date.

Expiration Date. April 30, 2005, unless otherwise sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease. Tenant may extend this lease twice for an additional three (3) years each extension under the same terms as set forth herein.

Expiration Date. Shall mean 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on July 30, 2011. If such date shall be a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized to be closed in the State of California, then the Expiration Date shall mean 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) of the next consecutive day which does not fall on a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized to be closed in the State of California.

Expiration Date. Means the first day of the month immediately following the month during which the first royalty payment under the Schering-Plough License is required to be made after the consummation of the Initial Public Offering.

Expiration Date. Shall mean October 31, 2002.
