Expiration Date

Expiration Date. August, 8, 2019.

Expiration Date. The close of business on the date on which the option expires as specified in Section 6

Expiration Date. Shall mean the earliest to occur of (i) solely with respect to the Stockholder's obligations under Section 2 hereof, the Effective Time, (ii) the date and time the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms and provisions, and (iii) the effectiveness of a mutual written agreement of the parties hereto to terminate this Agreement.

Expiration Date. The date that is two years from the Closing Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the NASDAQ Global Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday

Expiration Date. 31 July 2018

Expiration Date. Shall mean the earlier to occur of such date and time as: (i) the Merger Agreement shall have been terminated in accordance with its terms; (ii) the Effective Time; and (iii) the date the Company's board of directors effects a Change of Recommendation pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Merger Agreement.
