Facility Amount

Facility Amount. (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $350,000,000, unless this amount is permanently (x) increased pursuant to Section 2.8 and/or (y) reduced pursuant to Section 2.5, in which event it means such higher or lower amount, as applicable, and (b) after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

Facility Amount. Means $7,500,000, reducing by $250,000 on September 30, 2003, and on the last day of each calendar quarter thereafter until reduced to $3,500,000, unless the Borrower further reduces such amount pursuant to Section 2.9, in which event it means such further reduced amount.

Facility Amount. Is Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00); provided, however, the Facility Amount shall be increased to Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00) for any period after the occurrence of a Funding Event.
