Facility Amount

Facility Amount. Means $2,000,000.

Facility Amount. Facility Amount. Is $1,000,000, provided that the total outstanding Advances under this Agreement and the Exim Agreement (as defined in Section 2A. below) may not exceed $1,000,000.
