Field. Shall mean use on intact skin to provide local analgesia prior to venipuncture or peripheral intravenous cannulation in children 3–18 years of age, and any future FDA approved indications for the Product.

Field. Means: (i) with respect to the Product, all current and new uses for the Product within all target therapeutic audiences (subject to Company's co-promotion rights set forth in Section 2.6) and; (ii) with respect to any Line Extensions implemented pursuant to Section 3.4, all uses of the Line Extensions within all target therapeutic audiences.
