Field

Field. Means a combination of product and application and market fields to be evaluated by the Parties during the Initial Screening Phase that are specified in Exhibit A (and subject to the limitations set forth in such Exhibit A), as revised to reflect reduction in scope as set forth in Section 2.4 or otherwise hereunder.
