Filing Deadline

Filing Deadline. For each Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, shall mean a date that is thirty (30) calendar days following the date the Warrants are issued.

Filing Deadline. Shall mean the forty-fifth (45th) calendar day following the date of issuance of the Convertible Notes in the case of the Registration Statement required to be filed under Section 2(a)(i), and, in the case of Section 2(a)(ii) shall mean the Additional Filing Deadline.
