Filing Deadline

Filing Deadline. Means, with respect to the initial Registration Statement required hereunder, the 10th calendar day following the date of Shareholder Approval (as defined in Securities Purchase Agreement), and with respect to a Registration Statement relating to the Conversion Shares or Option Shares underlying the Option Debenture or the Option Warrant, the 15th calendar day following the issuance of the Option Debenture and the Option Warrant.

Filing Deadline. For each Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, shall mean a date that is thirty (30) calendar days following the date the Warrants are issued.

Filing Deadline. For each Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a)(i) or Section 2(a)(ii), shall mean a date that is thirty (30) calendar days following the date Warrants are issued pursuant to Section 2.15(a) or Section 2.15(b) of the Facility Agreement, as applicable
