Financing Statements

Financing Statements. Means all filings necessary to perfect the security interest created hereby.

Financing Statements. The UCC-1 financing statement naming the Borrower as debtor in favor of the Lender as secured party.

Financing Statements. Shall mean all such Uniform Commercial Code financing statements as the Lender shall reasonably require, in Proper Form, duly executed by the Borrower or others to give notice of and to perfect or continue perfection of the Lender's security interest in all Collateral.

Financing Statements. All UCC-1 financing statements in proper form necessary to perfect the security interests granted hereunder in all jurisdictions deemed relevant by Secured Party

Financing Statements. The instruments by which the security interest granted in the Security Agreement is perfected, a specimen of which is attached as Exhibit "E" to this Agreement.

Financing Statements. Mean all UCC-1 Financing Statements and other documents to be filed in any public office (including without limitation, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office) to perfect the security interest granted under this Security Agreement.
