Financing Statements.
Financing Statements. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Financing Statements. Means UCC-1 financing statements, security agreements, chattel mortgages, assignments, copyright security agreements or collateral assignments, patent or trademark security agreements or collateral assignments, fixture filings and other agreements or instruments executed, delivered, filed or recorded for the purpose of granting or perfecting any Lien.
Financing Statements. The financing statements from Borrower to Administrative Agent to perfect Administrative Agent's security interest in the personal property described in the Deed to Secure Debt.
Financing Statements. The UCC-1 financing statements naming the Borrower and the Third Party Pledgor as debtors in favor of the Lender as secured party.
Financing Statements. Any UCC-1 financing statements evidencing a first priority security interest in the Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and other Collateral, as more particularly stated in this Agreement and the Security Agreement, and such other documents that Lender may reasonably request to perfect and maintain its security interests in the Collateral and to secure the Loan
