First Amendment Effective Date

First Amendment Effective Date. The date (the "First Amendment Effective Date") on which the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each of the Obligors and Lenders constituting the Required Lenders.
