First Amendment Effective Date

First Amendment Effective Date. The date on which the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 of the first amendment (the "First Amendment"), dated as of March 28, 2007, to this Agreement shall have been satisfied or waived, which date is March 28, 2007.

First Amendment Effective Date. The date on which each of the following conditions is satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 12.02 of the Credit Agreement)

First Amendment Effective Date. “First Amendment Effective Date’ means the date of that certain First Amendment to Second Lien Term Loan Agreement dated as of September 26, 2005, by and among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and other Lenders thereto.
