Fixtures

Fixtures. All equipment, fixtures and appliances of whatever nature which are (i) affixed to the Property and (ii) owned by Seller

Fixtures. Means all "fixtures" as such term is defined in the Code, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor.
