Fixtures
Fixtures. Shall be used herein as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code.
Fixtures. Shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 of the UCC.
Fixtures. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.
