Example Definitions of "Force Majeure Event"
Force Majeure Event. Means an event that is caused by any of the following: acts of war, terrorism, civil riots or rebellions; quarantines, embargoes and other similar unusual governmental action; extraordinary elements of nature or acts of God; or other event or condition outside the reasonable control of the Party subject to such failure or delay.
