Force Majeure Event. Acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic, acts of war, terrorism, nuclear disasters, riots, embargoes, civil disorder, or any other similar event, to the extent that each such event is beyond the reasonable control of the party claiming relief under Section 13.12
