Fourth Amendment Effective Date. Fourth Amendment Effective Date. Means the date upon which this Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement is executed by the Company, LaSalle, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and Fifth Third.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date.
