Fourth Amendment Effective Date

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. June 4, 2004, subject to the satisfaction of each of the Conditions Precedent set forth in Paragraph 5 of the Fourth Amendment.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. The first date on which all of the conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the Fourth Amendment shall have been satisfied or waived in writing

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. Means the date upon which this Amendment is executed by the Company, LaSalle, and Bank One, and the Guarantor Consent and Reaffirmation hereto is executed by each Guarantor, and each other condition to effectiveness set forth in Section 3 hereof has been fulfilled to the reasonable satisfaction of LaSalle and Bank One.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. The date on which the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Fourth Amendment have been satisfied.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in introductory paragraph of Section V hereof.
