Grant

Grant. Means the grant of PCDS to the Recipient which is described in Section 1 of this Agreement.

Grant. The grant of any form of stock option, stock award, or stock purchase offer, whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant pursuant to such terms, conditions and limitations as the Committee may establish in order to fulfill the objectives of the Plan.

Grant. The grant of Performance-Contingent Deferred Stock to the Recipient which is described in Section 1 of this Agreement

Grant. The grant of SAR's to the Recipient which is described in Section 1 of this Agreement.

Grant. The grant of the Performance Units pursuant to this Agreement

Grant. The grant of Time-Vested Deferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement

Grant. The grant of this Option to the Recipient pursuant to this Agreement

Grant. The grant of RSUs allocated to a Participant at any time in accordance with Section 5 hereof

Grant. Amounts repayable under the GRANTING DECREE

Grant. Means an award made to a Participant pursuant to the Plan and described in Paragraph 5.
