Grant

Grant. Amounts repayable under the GRANTING DECREE

Grant. Means an award made to a Participant pursuant to the Plan and described in Paragraph 5.

Grant. A grant of Restricted Stock Unit(s) made by the Company to a Participant in accordance with the terms of the Plan

Grant. Grant of an Option under the Plan evidenced by an Option Grant Agreement

Grant. A Grant of Trademark Security Interest substantially in the form of Exhibit A annexed hereto, a Grant of Patent Security Interest substantially in the form of Exhibit B annexed hereto, and a Grant of Copyright Security Interest substantially in the form of Exhibit C annexed hereto

Grant. An Option, Stock Unit, Performance Unit, Stock Award, or Other Stock-Based Award granted under the Plan

Grant. A Stock Option award made to a Participant pursuant to the Plan and described in Section 5

Grant. An Option, Restricted Stock Unit, Stock Award, Performance Unit, SAR, Dividend Equivalent or Other Stock-Based Award granted under the Plan

Grant. The grant of Performance Shares to the Recipient pursuant to this Agreement

Grant. Shall mean a Distributee's respective grant of Class B Units and/or Class C Units that was made under the HVM Incentive Plan or ESH Manager Plan, as applicable, the terms of which were set forth in an award agreement
