Guarantor

Guarantor. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble and shall also include the Guarantor's successors.

Guarantor. Shall mean any maker, drawer, acceptor, guarantor, endorser, surety, accommodation party or other person liable upon or in respect of the Obligations.

Guarantor. Any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Subsidiary Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement and shall also include such subsidiary's successors

Guarantor. Shall mean the individual or the entity signing this Guaranty and, if more than one, then any one or more of them.

Guarantor. And "Guarantors" have the meaning specified therefor in the recitals to this Agreement.

Guarantor. Each endorser, guarantor and surety of this Note or the Obligations evidenced hereby and any person who is primarily or secondarily liable, in whole or in part, for the repayment of the Obligations or any portion thereof (including without limitation each Guarantor), any person who has granted security for the repayment of the Obligations, together with such person's heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns

Guarantor. Is any present or future guarantor of any of the Obligations.
