Example Definitions of "Guarantor"
Guarantor. The word "Guarantor" means GENESIS CRUDE OIL, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
Guarantor. Means any present or future guarantor of all or any part of the Obligations, and "Material Guarantor" means any Guarantor other than a Guarantor which, at the pertinent time, has less than $200,000 in tangible assets and less than $1,000,000 in fair market value of total assets.
Guarantor. Conestoga Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, with offices located at 202 East First Street, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
Guarantor. Pinnacle Airlines Corp., a Delaware corporation
