Example Definitions of "Guarantor"
Guarantor. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Guaranty.
Guarantor. Means Duos Technologies Group, Inc., a Florida corporation.
Guarantor. Means each Subsidiary of Maker as of the Closing Date or that is added as a Guarantor pursuant to Section 7(g) of this Note.

Guarantor. Shall have the meaning given to it in the Indenture.
Guarantor. Means any guarantor of all or part of Borrower's obligations under the Note, this Agreement, the Instrument or the other Loan Documents. 56 "Initial Yearly Premium Payment" has the meaning ascribed to such term in paragraph 3 of this Agreement.
