Guarantor

Guarantor. Means each of Parent and TLOP, and ‘Guarantors' means both of them.

Guarantor. Each a "Guarantor" and collectively, the "Guarantors"

Guarantor. Any persons, firms or entities who or which guaranty the performance or observance of any or all of the terms, covenants or conditions to be performed or observed by Tenant under this Lease.
