Hardware
Hardware. Shall mean all the necessary computers, servers, routers, cabling, monitors, hard drives, back-up systems, and other equipment, as required to properly store, distribute and run the Software. Provision and maintenance of all Hardware shall be the sole responsibility of the Licensee.
