Hazardous Materials. Has the meaning specified in the Securities Purchase Agreement

Hazardous Materials. Any waste or other substance that is listed, defined, designated or classified as, or otherwise determined to be, hazardous, radioactive or toxic or a pollutant or a contaminant, in each case under or pursuant to any Environmental Laws, including any mixture or solution thereof, and specifically including petroleum and all derivatives thereof or synthetic substitutes therefor and asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
