Hazardous Materials. The meaning given to such term in Paragraph 27(a)
Hazardous Materials. Any hazardous or toxic substance, material or waste that is regulated by any federal, state, county, territorial, regional, municipal or local governmental authority under any Environmental Law now or hereafter effective, including, without limitation, any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, or any constituent of any such substance or waste.
Hazardous Materials. Means any substance, product, waste, or other material which is, or becomes identified, listed, published, or defined as a hazardous substance, hazardous waste, hazardous material, toxic substance, solid waste or pollutant, or which is otherwise regulated or restricted under any Applicable Law (including any Environmental Law) or permits, licenses, or other Government Authority approvals, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Superfund... Hazardous Materials. Any flammable explosives, petroleum products, petroleum byproducts, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes, hazardous substances, toxic substances or other similar materials regulated by Environmental Laws

Hazardous Materials. Means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Materials.
