Holder

Holder. Shall mean CFP and John P. Calamos, and any transferees of CFP or John P. Calamos to whom Registrable Securities are permitted to be transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, who continues to be entitled to the rights of a Holder hereunder.

Holder. W. Ruffin Woody, Jr., P.O. Drawer 381, Roxboro, NC 27573, or his successors and assigns

Holder. Collectively, the Investors and the Permitted Transferees; provided, however, that the term Holder shall not include any of the foregoing that ceases to own or hold any Registrable Securities

Holder. Or Holders means (i) the persons set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and (ii) any subsequent holder or holders of any of the Shares that remain as restricted securities within the meaning of Rule 144 of the Commission under the Securities Act.

Holder. Each holder of, and any Permitted Transferee of, Registrable Securities

Any Series A Holder, Series B Holder, Series C Holder, Series D Holder, Series E Holder, Series F Holder, Purchaser, Founder, Transamerica or Warrant Holder holding Registrable Securities, or any person holding Registrable Securities to whom the rights under this Agreement have been transferred in accordance with Section 5.10 hereof

Holder. The National Institute for Strategic Technology Acquisition and Commercialization

Holder. Means (i) any Sponsor who holds Registrable Securities, (ii) any holder of Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance with Section 7(e) hereof or (iii) any holder of Registrable Securities received by such holder from Chesapeake Midstream Ventures, L.L.C. (solely with respect to such Registrable Securities).
