Holder

Holder. Means (i) TTWF and any Affiliate of TTWF (other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries) who from time to time owns Registrable Securities or (ii) any Permitted Transferee and any Affiliate of such Permitted Transferee who from time to time owns Registrable Securities.

Holder. Or "Holders" means the holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities, including Affiliates of the Purchaser that acquire at least 1,500,000 shares of Registrable Securities directly from the Purchaser.

Holder. Any Stockholder so long as such Stockholder owns any Registrable Securities and any of such Stockholder's respective successors and assigns who acquire rights in accordance with this Agreement with respect to Registrable Securities, directly or indirectly from such Stockholder, or from such other successor and assign, and who agree in writing, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Company, to be bound hereby.

Investor, as long as Investor owns Registrable Securities and any Affiliate of Investor to whom Registrable Securities are transferred in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred in compliance with Section 19

Holder. Means any holder of Registrable Securities who is a party to this Agreement, including permitted transferees that agree in writing to be bound by and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
