Holder

Holder. The Purchasers or any of their respective affiliates or permissible transferees to the extent any of them hold Registrable Securities.

Holder. Means Investor and any successors or permitted assigns or transferees who are subsequent holders of any Registrable Securities, in each case for so long as such person owns any Registrable Securities.

Holder. Each of Stockholder and any Person to whom Stockholder (or any assignee of Stockholder) has assigned its rights hereunder pursuant to Section 13 hereof for so long as each holds of record any Registrable Shares, and the term "Holders" means all or any combination of the foregoing.

Holder. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Agreement", "Company" and "Holder" shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
