Holder

Holder. Mean the Person who shall from time to time own this Option.

Holder. Means the Buyer or any Affiliate of the Buyer for so long as the Buyer or such Affiliate is a record holder of any Registrable Securities.

Holder. Or "Holders" has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. A Person shall continue to be a Holder hereunder only so long as such Person continues to hold or beneficially own Registrable Securities.

Holder. Means Squadron and any other Person who purchased Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and who owns Registrable Shares and is party to this Agreement as reflected on Schedule I hereto, and any Permitted Transferee thereof in accordance with Section 7.3 hereof.

Holder. Means any holder of Registrable Securities, or holder of Derivative Securities convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, Registrable Securities, who is a party to this Agreement. For purposes hereof, a holder of Derivative Securities convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, Registrable Securities, shall be deemed to hold such Registrable Securities.

Holder. The holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities, including the Buyer

Holder. Means LAWRENCE LEAHY or any party to whom this Warrant is assigned in accordance with its terms.

Holder. Holder or Holders means the holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities. A holder of securities that are convertible into or exercisable for Registrable Securities shall be deemed to be a Holder of such Registrable Securities.

Holder. Each of the Old Notes Holders who receives Securities on the Settlement Date and other persons who acquire Securities from time to time (including any successors or assigns), in each case for so long as such person owns any Securities

Holder. When the context refers to a holder of this Note, shall mean Manhattan Scientifics, Inc. or any person who shall at the time be the registered holder of this Note.
