Holder. Any holder of Preferred Stock.

Holder. Shall mean the person that has executed this Agreement (other than the Company) and any other person who holds Restricted Securities and who has assumed the obligations of the Holder under this Agreement pursuant to Section 3(c).

Holder. Shall mean ManagedStorage International, Inc. or any party to whom this Warrant is assigned in accordance with its terms.
