Holder

Holder. Shall mean the Person specified in the introductory paragraph of this Debenture or any Person who shall at the time be the holder of this Debenture.

Holder. Shall mean, in addition to Mark Dyne, any assignee of this Note.

Holder. Each holder (including JPMorgan and SSB) of any Warrants, Warrant Shares or Registrable Securities, and each of their successors, assigns and direct and indirect transferees who become registered or beneficial owners of such Warrants, Warrant Shares or Registrable Securities.

Holder. Each Investor or any transferee of the Warrants or Registrable Shares that were held by Investors.

Holder. Shall mean Wynnchurch or such other Person in whose name this Warrant is registered on the books of the Company maintained for such purpose.

Holder. Shall mean Brooks Houghton & Company, Inc., or Holder's permitted successors and assigns, as applicable.

Holder. A holder or holders of Registrable Securities or securities convertible into or exercisable for Registrable Securities.

Holder. Means (i) Aurora, with respect to the Pre-Closing Escrow Shares, (ii) a Seller to whom Closing Shares or Warrant Shares are issued, or issuable to, pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement or Warrants, as the case may be, or (iii) a transferee to whom registration rights granted pursuant to this Agreement are assigned pursuant to Section 9(a) hereof.

Holder. Means (i) Transocean and any Affiliate of Transocean (other than TODCO or any of its Subsidiaries) who from time to time owns Registrable Securities (including without limitation Transocean Holdings) or (ii) any Permitted Transferee and any Affiliate of such Permitted Transferee who from time to time owns Registrable Securities.

Holder. Any person owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Securities or any permitted transferee of a Holder.
