Holders

Holders. Means Behrman, SEF, and the Series F Holders.

Holders. The Warrant Purchasers, the Purchasers and any holder of Registrable Securities to whom the registration rights of the Warrant Purchasers or the Purchasers have been properly transferred.

Holders. Shall mean the Investors and any transferee of the Investors' Registrable Securities with respect to the rights that such transferee shall have acquired in accordance with Section 8(c) hereof, at such times as such transferee shall own such Registrable Securities.

Holders. Shall means the Existing Holders and the New Holders.

Holders. Shall mean the Stockholders or any Permitted Transferee of a Stockholder, and, with respect to a Permitted Transferee, only if such Stockholder has granted rights under this Agreement to such Permitted Transferee; and "Holder" shall mean any one of them.

Holders. Shall mean the holders of Registrable Securities under this Agreement (including Other Holders).
