Holders. The Buyers

Holders. The Holder and the other holders of a Note issued in connection with this Offering.

Holders. The Buyers, together with Lake Street and any Affiliate or permitted transferee of Lake Street who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities

Holders. The Buyers, together with NSC and any Affiliate or permitted transferee of NSC who is a subsequent holder of any Registrable Securities

Holders. Means any one or more Blackstone Funds (or any Affiliate thereof to which rights are assigned in accordance with Section 23 of this Agreement); provided, however, that the term "Holders" shall not include any of the foregoing that ceases to own or hold any Registrable Securities, or any recipient of shares of Common Stock pursuant to an in-kind distribution from a Holder.

Holders. Means the Investor Holders and the Founder Holders, collectively, as referred to in the Preamble.

Holders. The Stockholders for so long as (and to the extent that) each owns any Registrable Securities, and each of the respective successors and direct and indirect Transferees to whom a Stockholder (or subsequent Holder) transfers Registrable Securities (or securities exercisable, exchangeable or convertible into Registrable Securities) and related rights under this Agreement in accordance with Article 13
