Immediate Family

Immediate Family. Any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law and shall include adoptive relationships.

Immediate Family. With respect to a particular Grantee, such Grantee's spouse, children and grandchildren.

Immediate Family. Any relationship by blood, marriage or adoption, not more remote than first cousin.

Immediate Family. Means (a) the persons listed in Rule 16a-1(e) promulgated under the Exchange Act, together with (b) any entity in which substantially all beneficial ownership interests are held by persons described in the foregoing clause (a).
