Example Definitions of "Immediate Family"
Immediate Family. Means, with respect to any natural person, each of such person's spouse, father, mother, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and lineal descendants and ancestors.
Immediate Family. As to a natural person, such individual's spouse, former spouse, domestic partner, child (including by adoption), father, mother, brother or sister, and lineal descendant (including by adoption) of any of the foregoing persons

As used herein, a person is deemed to be a "Spousal Equivalent" provided the following circumstances are true: (i) irrespective of whether or not the relevant person and the Spousal Equivalent are the same sex, they are the sole spousal equivalent of the other for the last twelve (12) months, (ii) they intend to remain so indefinitely, (iii) neither are married to anyone else, (iv) both are at least 18 years of age and mentally competent to consent to contract, (v) they are not related by blood to a degree of closeness that would prohibit legal marriage in the state in which they legally reside, (vi) they are jointly responsible for each other's common welfare and financial obligations, and (vii) they have resided together in the same residence for the last twelve (12) months and intend to do so indefinitely; and "Charitable Entities" means any organization, foundation, impact investing enterprise, public benefit entity or similar entity whose primary purpose is to preserve the natural environment, combat climate change or support any other environmental, educational or charitable cause.
