Improvements

Improvements. Shall mean an improvement, the practice of which literally or equivalently infringes the exclusive rights of the Acquired Assets.

Improvements. Means all improvements, advances, developments, modifications, enhancements, variations, revisions, adaptations or extensions of or to any of the Licensed Software, whether patentable or not, hereafter created or acquired during the Term by either party. 3
