Improvements

Improvements. Means the buildings and improvements situated upon the Land, currently constituting a multifamily apartment project known as Landmark Apartments.

Improvements. Shall mean all improvements to Buyer Patents or Know-How hereafter created or acquired during the term of this Agreement by LSO or jointly by one or more employees of Buyer and LSO, including without limitation advances, developments, modifications, enhancements, variations, revisions, adaptations, extensions or any element thereof, utilizing or incorporating, or based on, the Know-How or Patents, whether able to be patented or not.

Improvements. Means all additions, developments, modifications, enhancements and adaptations (i) which directly relate to or are used in connection with the Compound and/or Product, or any formulations thereof or additions, developments, modifications, enhancements, improvements and adaptations thereto, and (ii) which are conceived or reduced to practice during the Term. Ownership of Improvements shall be as set forth in Article 13 hereof.

Improvements. All buildings and other improvements owned by Seller located on or affixed to the Land, including, without limitation, the existing building containing approximately 195,000 rentable square feet (the "Building") and the existing parking lots, together with all mechanical systems (including without limitation, all heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems and overhead doors), electrical equipment, facilities, equipment, conduits, motors, appliances, boiler pressure systems and equipment,... air compressors, air lines, gas-fixed unit heaters, baseboard heating systems, water heaters and water coolers, plumbing fixtures, lighting systems (including all fluorescent and mercury vapor fixtures), transformers, switches, furnaces, bus ducts, controls, risers, facilities, installations and sprinkling systems to provide fire protection, security, heat, air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, electrical power, light, telephone, storm drainage, gas, plumbing, refrigeration, sewer and water thereto, all internet exchange facilities, telecommunications networks and facilities base IP, conduits, fiber optic cables, all cable television fixtures and antenna, elevators, escalators, incinerators, disposals, rest room fixtures and other fixtures, equipment, motors and machinery located in or upon the Building, and other improvements now or hereafter on the Land. Improvements. Means any and all buildings, structures, parking areas and other improvements, including the hotel situated on the Land.

Improvements. Means any improvements, discoveries, developments, modifications or derivative works whether or not patentable.

Improvements. Means any and all developments, discoveries, inventions, additions, amendments, modifications, ideas, processes, methods, compositions, formulae, techniques, information and data, whether or not patentable, conceived, developed or reduced to practice, that improve or beneficially change, or enhance the economic and technical attributes of, any Know-How or Patent Rights or any process, device or composition.

Improvements. The Improvements as defined in Paragraph 1.
