Incentive Award

Example Definitions of "Incentive Award"
Incentive Award. Means an amount of money that is paid or a number of shares of Common Stock that are issued, or a right to be paid an amount of money or to be issued a number of shares of Common Stock that is granted as described in Section 6 of the Plan. "Incentive Awards" do not include Options or Stock Appreciation Rights.
Incentive Award. The awards of incentive compensation made to Participants in the Plan pursuant to its terms
