Incentive Award

Incentive Award. An Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Stock Unit Award, Performance Award or Stock Bonus granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to the Plan

Incentive Award. The right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include Annual Incentive Awards as described in Section 10 and Long-Term Incentive Awards as described in Section 11

Incentive Award. An Option or Stock Award granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to the Plan.

Incentive Award. Individually or collectively, an Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Award, or Non-Employee Director Award, in each case granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to this Plan.

Incentive Award. A long or short-term incentive award with payment in the form of cash, Company Stock or a combination of both, as designated by the Committee and conditioned on the attainment of specified Performance Goals, or any other event that the Committee determines.

Incentive Award. An amount equal to 2.0%, in the case of the Company's Chief Executive Officer and 1.0%, in the case of each other Participant, of the Company's Core Pre-Tax Income for each full calendar year in the Performance Period (proportionately adjusted for any portion of the Performance Period that is less than a full calendar year)

Incentive Award. The annual cash incentive award earned by and payable to a Participant under a regular, annual incentive plan or program established by the Company, but does not include any other cash incentive, non-recurring or multi-year incentive award, unless authorized by the Committee.

Incentive Award. Collectively, a Performance Grant or the award of Restricted Stock, Goal-Based Stock, Option or Stock Appreciation Right under the Plan

Incentive Award. Shall mean an Option, Right, Restricted Stock Award, Deferred Stock Award or Performance Award granted pursuant to this Plan.

Incentive Award. Means an Option, Restricted Stock, an Appreciation Right, a Performance Unit, a Restricted Unit, a Section 162(m) Award or a cash bonus award granted under the Plan.
