Example Definitions of "Incentive Stock Option"
Incentive Stock Option. An Option which when granted is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option for purposes of Section 422 of the Code
Incentive Stock Option. Shall mean a Stock Option which is intended to qualify for tax treatment as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code. An Incentive Stock Option may only be granted to an Employee.
Incentive Stock Option. A right to purchase Shares from the Company that is granted under Section 5 of the Plan and that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
